Discovery
The migration from onlyfy into the XING Talent Pool required a clear opt-in journey. Candidates needed to understand the value of joining without introducing unnecessary friction into their job-search experience.
Actions
We combined email communication with in-product prompts and tested different moments in the journey. We later introduced the opt-in opportunity after job applications, when the value of joining the Talent Pool was more relevant.
Results
Around 40% of contacted users joined the XING Talent Pool.
